Job Description Position Overview Senior Email Marketing & Automation Specialist will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our marketing tech stack and ongoing deployments. This role is responsible for managing segmentation logic, overseeing day-to-day email deployment workflows, and ensuring flawless execution of email builds. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical expertise, familiarity with marketing automation platforms, email design experience, and a passion for using data to drive meaningful customer experiences. Responsibilities ​ 1. Oversee the creation, QA, and deployment of email campaigns, ensuring flawless execution. 2. Manage day-to-day deployment schedules, prioritizing deliverables based on business needs and campaign requirements. 3. Develop testing plan for personalization, creative, and strategy in tandem with cross-functional partners. 4. Partner with IT, data, and analytics teams to refine segmentation logic and continuously improve targeting accuracy. 5. Develop segmentation frameworks that support personalization, lifecycle marketing, and customer journey initiatives. 6. Design, build, and maintain advanced customer segments using customer data. 7. Collaborate with internal and external partners (including technical, strategy, and creative) to align on campaign requirements and ensure smooth execution. 8. Analyze campaign performance and segmentation effectiveness to inform optimization strategies. 9. Use data insights to recommend enhancements to personalization, targeting rules, and communication cadence. 10. Contribute to A/B testing strategies and ensure results are incorporated into future programs. Education and Experience Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in a marketing, communications, or business field • 4+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle, or similar marketing field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Job Description • Must be self-motivated, have excellent writing & interpersonal communication skills and be willing to work flexible hours • Knowledge of customer segmentation, waterfall logic, and CRM systems. Pay Ranges $65,979.00 - $109,965.00 This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience.
