You will be an integral part of a fast-growing team dedicated to fostering positive relationships with Team Members, local, national, and industry media, key stakeholders, and communities while ensuring alignment with the airline’s brand identity and business objectives. define and uphold Breeze’s growing dominance in the industry.</li> <li>Collaborate with executive leadership to align communication strategies with overall business goals and initiatives.</li> <li>Continuously evaluate and adjust communication strategies based on industry trends, market insights, and stakeholder feedback.</li> <li>Develop the overall brand communications strategy on behalf of Breeze that addresses opportunities in different media channels.</li> <li>Manage all media relations, proactively identifying and creating headlines that generate measurable positive coverage or related degree</li> <li>Deep experience working in corporate communications (10+ years experience at an agency or in-house)</li> <li>Successful track record developing brands that have scaled from early stage to mature</li> <li>Knowledge and experience leveraging all aspects of traditional and new media for marketing and communication purposes</li> <li>Strong relationships with national and industry media plus a proven history of securing positive news coverage in both small and large markets.</li> <li>Very strong written and verbal skills (writing samples required)</li> <li>Active networker who knows how to leverage existing relationships and create new ones for brand growth</li> <li>Exceptional representative of the Breeze brand by being very visible leader with both internal
