Everything that you see on the site-from UX and search technology to email capture and brand positioning and more-is an area of opportunity.<br> <br>This Senior Manager, eCommerce, role will be a critical leader as we embark on the next stage of our growth. Helping to drive the everyday success of our digital business, they will own much of our CRO (conversion rate optimization) strategy and execution, including leading our A/B testing and landing page programs. You'll be able to see and feel your impact.<br> <br><b>Key Impact Areas: </b><ul><li><b>Strategy and Planning: </b>Play a principal role in spearheading the roadmap and storytelling on Spoonflower.com, simultaneously focusing both on boosting the now and our transformation in the soon .</li><li><b>Ownership: </b>Help manage the everyday performance and optimization of the site by leading CRO:</li><ul><li>The A/B testing program, from prioritization and planning to ensuring successful launches and driving overall outcomes</li><li>Our landing page strategy, closely collaborating with performance marketing partners to create cohesive user journeys and maximize CAC efficiencies</li><li>The evolution of our CMS to better bring to life our brand and innovative site experiences</li></ul><li><b>Consumer Marketing: </b>Be a critical player in a wide range of site initiatives such as E2E journey mapping, email capture, SEO, pricing and promotions, and more.</li><li><b>Content Creation: </b>Flex your creativity by building landing pages and helping with copy writing as needed.</li><li><b>Collaboration: </b>Be the point of cohesion for the site amongst cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Merchandising. While we all play a part, the final act ultimately comes together on the site.</li><li><b>Analytics and Insights: </b>Tap into your passion for data to understand our KPIs, levers, and what moves the needle.
