You will serve as a trusted advisor and operator, driving executive messaging across internal and external platforms while ensuring alignment, consistency, and impact.</p><p>This role is for a communications leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution and who is comfortable influencing at the highest levels of the organization.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><p><strong>Executive Communications Leadership</strong></p><ul><li><p>Serve as a core communications partner for Snowflake’s corporate leadership, supporting a broad range of internal and external communications initiatives</p></li><li><p>Shape executive messaging and positioning, and tone to ensure clarity, credibility, and alignment with company strategy</p></li></ul><p><strong>Executive Messaging & Thought Leadership</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead development of executive messaging, talking points, and written communications across key moments including company milestones, financial announcements, cultural initiatives, and strategic priorities</p></li><li><p>Shape and produce executive thought leadership content, including social media posts, op-eds, and long-form narratives, in close partnership with PR, social, and marketing teams<br /></p></li></ul><p><strong>Briefings & Strategic Materials</strong></p><ul><li><p>Own creation of executive briefing materials for speaking engagements, employee forums, and key communications engagements<br /></p></li><li><p>Synthesize complex business and technology topics into concise, executive-ready messaging<br /></p></li></ul><p><strong>Communications Planning & Governance</strong></p><ul><li><p>Build and manage a centralized view of executive communications activity, including speaking engagements, announcements, and leadership moments</p></li><li><p>Maintain and evolve a centralized executive messaging library to ensure consistency and reuse across teams<br /></p></li></ul><p><strong>Cross-Functional Alignment</strong></p><ul><li><p>Partner closely with Marketing, PR, Investor Relations, People, and Product Communications to align executive messaging across audiences and channels</p></li><li><p>Ensure executive communications reinforce Snowflake’s broader narrative, values, and strategic priorities<br /></p></li></ul><p><strong>Internal Communications & Employee Engagement</strong></p><ul><li><p>Support leadership communications for company-wide moments such as All Hands and employee announcements</p></li><li><p>Partner with People Communications to support leadership messaging related to culture, talent, and organizational change</p></li></ul><p><strong>Research & Strategic Opportunity Identification</strong></p><ul><li><p>Evaluate and prioritize external forums, events, and awards that advance Snowflake’s executive visibility and thought leadership goals</p></li><li><p>Provide strategic recommendations on where and how senior leaders should engage</p></li></ul><h3><strong>About You</strong></h3><ul><li><p>8–12+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, or related roles, ideally in a high-growth or enterprise technology environment</p></li><li><p>Proven experience supporting C-suite and senior executives with high-stakes communications</p></li><li><p>Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong executive judgment</p></li><li><p>Strategic thinker who can zoom out to shape narrative and zoom in to execute flawlessly</p></li><li><p>Highly organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing competing priorities with senior stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Strong collaborator who can influence without authority and navigate complex organizations</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with enterprise technology, data, AI, financial communications, or people-related communications strongly preferred</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Why Join Snowflake?</strong></h3><p>At Snowflake, you’ll help define how our most senior leaders communicate with employees, customers, investors, and the world.
