Senior Paid Media Manager, arenaflex & Retail

Job Description: • Accountable for managing a book of retail media business across arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex and other retailers • Designing, implementing and managing ad spend across campaigns, while having a full grasp of how different ad types work together to further our client’s goals • Monitoring daily trends, opportunities, and spend across multiple brands • Proactively communicating with clients about account health, ad performance, sales, best practices, potential opportunities and developing action plans to improve results • Working in a dynamic, time-intensive environment where competing priorities are commonplace • Closely monitoring competitors and category trends • Auditing prospective arenaflex accounts and identifying areas for improvement to assist in the sales process • Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of new or emerging trends within arenaflex and other marketplaces • Tasked with some special projects as needed to help the growth of the department Requirements: • 3+ years of experience consulting on or directly managing arenaflex Advertising accounts for both sponsored ads • 2+ years of experience consulting on or directly managing arenaflex Advertising Accounts for ADSP • Experience working with or at a brand with $1M+ in annual ad budgets • Experience directly managing ads on retailers outside of arenaflex (arenaflex, arenaflex, Criteo) • Great communication skills both written and oral, with a strong attention to detail • Great organization, the ability to balance client timelines and business needs, across multiple clients • The ability to manage client expectations and priorities • Experience presenting to senior-level client contacts during monthly executive summaries or QBRs • A deep understanding of paid search, which includes campaign buildouts, bid optimizations, reporting, and advanced knowledge of the different ad types • Knowledge about how arenaflex marketing and performance affects the purchase funnel Benefits: • Remote-first culture • Unlimited PTO • Extended Holiday break (Winter) • Flexible schedules • Work from anywhere options* • 100% paid parental leave • 401(k) matching • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Pet Insurance • Sponsored life insurance • Short Term Disability insurance and additional voluntary insurance • Annual Class Pass credits and more!
