Join us and help run what runs the world.</p><p style="text-align:inherit !important"></p><p style="text-align:left !important"><b>This position reports to:</b></p>Offshore Solutions Business Manager<p style="text-align:inherit !important"></p><p style="text-align:inherit !important">__</p><p><b>Your role and responsibilities </b></p><p></p><p>In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium to large size and complex E-House, Oil & Gas and Offshore Wind projects with international clients. You will ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with ABB’s policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments.</p><p></p><p>Work model is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing project hand-over, execution planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals. •</p></li><li><p>Providing leadership and active involvement in continuous improvement and simplification.</p></li><li><p>Supporting local Sales and Tendering through early involvement in tenders.</p></li><li><p>Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.</p></li><li><p>Defining, jointly with Project Controller, all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications for the role</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>You are highly skilled in handling project teams and ability to engage and motivate people of different cultures.</p></li><li><p>Ability to demonstrate your knowledge and experience in other functions like Engineering, supply chain management along with strong project management skills.</p></li><li><p>Possess an enhanced knowledge in handling complex E-house, Electrifications and Automation projects within Oil and Gas, Offshore, FPSO, etc.</p></li><li><p>Degree in Engineering with around 15 years or more of project management experience.</p></li><li><p>You are at ease communicating in English and has good collaboration and presentation skills.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What’s in it for you? </b></p><p></p><p>We want you to bring your full self to work—your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
