Senior Sales Executive, Need Integrated Health EHR Software Sales Experience – Work From Home We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive for an outside sales position. Your focus will be on understanding total market opportunity, identifying prospective customers, developing relationships, pipeline development and management, driving the sales process and closing new business. The successful Senior Sales Executive will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a proven sales track record of success and experience in Integrated Health EHR software sales, and a demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Senior Sales Executive Responsibilities: – Manage a full sales cycle including prospect identification, qualification, demo and close. – Meet and exceed quota on a quarterly and annual basis. – Continuously build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline – lead generation, including cold calling required – while also pursuing and managing leads generated at conferences, via the company website and EHR in Practice sales leads. – Collaboratively work with the CEO and various departments to design, plan and execute a quality and needs-driven sales demonstration program (including determining sales/demo objectives and designing demo scenarios to meet internal and external requirements). – Develop and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers. – Attend key conferences across the country while building relationships with prospective customers/key C-Suite influencers in the integrated healthcare space to drive overall market penetration strategy. – Maintain detailed notes on deal progress using Salesforce.com. – Proposals and contract preparation. Senior Sales Executive Qualifications: – Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent). – 7+ years demonstrated success working directly with integrated health care organizations in a leadership capacity with a strong working knowledge of Electronic Health Record software and demonstrated ability to develop business relationships and opportunities through relationship building and influence at the C-level. – 7+ years demonstrated success in Behavioral Health Software sales. – Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot or other CRM/sales management tools. – Familiarity with standard SaaS computer technologies and architecture fundamentals. – Experience proactively engaging external prospects/leads at the executive level. – Experience in handling complex projects with many internal coordination points, multi-level/multi-department external stakeholders and extended timelines. – Strong strategic planning and activity implementation skills (critical thinking, researching, organization, prioritization and action orientation) required to create and deliver robust sales plans, including call activity, top account identification, quarterly forecasting and pipeline management. – A new customer acquisition sales mindset with evidence of exceeding sales quotas or other aggressive business goals for several years. – Demonstrated ability to learn new information and follow designated methodologies. Must have the desire to adopt and execute lead generation and sales processes, including cold calling activities. – Outgoing, personable nature with excellent communication and rapport-building skills. – Demonstrated ability to uncover and access underlying business needs and develop compelling solutions/sales messaging. – High attention to details, diligent in documentation and very organized. – Competitive drive, self-starter, resourceful, collaborative and coachable. – Strong software skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office, MS Teams, Zoom, Docusign. – Ability to travel 50% of the time.
