About the team Zillow’s Corporate Affairs team, composed of Communications and Government Relations, is responsible for growing awareness for Zillow Group’s portfolio of innovative products and services, enhancing its brand reputation and affinity and amplifying advocacy efforts with various audiences including consumers, real estate professionals, policymakers, regulators and investors. Through earned and owned media channels, on-the-ground engagement and data and research, the Corporate Affairs team strengthens Zillow’s position as a thought leader in housing, technology, and real estate. About the role Zillow is looking for a Senior Specialist, Corporate Social Media & Content Strategy to help shape how the company shows up across social platforms - connecting brand, business priorities, and culture through smart, platform-native storytelling. This role sits on the Communications team and reports to the Senior Manager, Corporate Social Media. You’ll play a key role in executing and evolving Zillow’s corporate social presence across B2C, B2B, and employee audiences, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Corporate social at Zillow is not a distribution channel - it’s a strategic communications tool. This role is for someone who understands how ideas move on the internet, has strong creative judgment, and can balance originality, speed, and brand responsibility. You’ll be expected to bring ideas forward, test and iterate, and operate with a high degree of autonomy in a remote-first, high-accountability environment. What you’ll do: Shape and execute corporate social content Execute Zillow’s corporate social strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms, in close partnership with the Senior Manager Own day-to-day content planning, publishing, and approvals across corporate channels Help determine what content belongs on which platform—and why—based on audience behavior, performance data, and cultural context Bring a strong point of view on formats, cadence, and creative direction Create and refine content hands-on Write and edit clear, compelling, platform-native social copy Be comfortable creating and shaping content directly—writing, refining assets, and occasionally handling light editing when needed (editing experience is a plus) Spot creative opportunities through social listening, trend monitoring, and cultural awareness Apply learnings from how leading brands show up on social, without chasing trends blindly or forcing moments Monitoring, analytics, and insight generation Monitor performance, conversations, and real-time activity across platforms Prepare channel-level reporting and contribute to monthly scorecards Analyze what’s working (and what’s not) and translate insights into concrete recommendations Project management and collaboration Manage timelines, workflows, and approvals across multiple stakeholders and workstreams Keep projects moving efficiently in a remote environment, with strong ownership and follow-through Partner with Communications, Government Relations, Brand, Talent Brand & B2C & B2B marketing teams to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality Support community engagement and contribute to real-time monitoring and crisis readiness This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions. In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $90,900.00 - $145,100.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $86,300.00 - $137,900.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.
