Alongside our global campuses, we also collaborate with talented contractors and freelancers from all over the world to help us achieve our crazy big goals. While we support flexible, remote-friendly ways of working, for this role we’re focusing on Bogota, Colombia, so we can best support our teams and keep collaboration flowing.

This role is a 12-month engagement, working full-time hours.

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

• Leading and executing a bespoke SEO strategy tailored to Colombia's unique market, language, and user behaviour

• Defining and owning the end-to-end SEO roadmap across content, technical, and authority-building pillars

• Partnering closely with the Colombia Country Manager and International SEO Strategist to scale impact

• Hiring and developing a high-performing local SEO team as market needs grow

• Using data to uncover insights, prioritise opportunities, and measure outcomes

• Contributing to Canva’s global SEO engine with market learnings, frameworks, and AI search discoveries

You’ll be joining a team focused on helping Canva grow around the world by making it easy for people to discover us in their own language and context.

You'll collaborate with SEO experts, content creators, analysts, and marketers across different countries to drive meaningful impact in your region and contribute to global growth.
