What You’ll Do



  • Warmly greet guests, creating a welcoming guest experience
  • Build rapport through casual conversation while providing attentive service
  • Orchestrate dining experiences in alignment with our defined service standards
  • Take and enter accurate orders using a POS system
  • Actively listen during guest interactions to anticipate needs
  • Share menu knowledge by making menu recommendations and answering questions about food allergies and ingredients
  • Guide guests in beer and spirit selections while demonstrating strong wine knowledge
  • Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure order accuracy and timely service
  • Deliver food and drinks with speed and a sense of urgency
  • Fill and refill beverages, clear tables, and manage multiple tables
  • Process payments accurately, including cash handling and credit/debit transactions
  • Follow instructions, procedures, and alcohol service guidelines
  • Demonstrate ownership of sidework and closing tasks to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Work well under pressure with a positive, patient attitude

 


Your Background



  • At least 12 months serving experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
  • Experience with payment processing and basic math skills
  • Dedicated, dependable, punctual, and reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Adaptable, problem-solving mindset with consistent attention to detail
  • Passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and teamwork
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twist
  • Must be at least 18 years old
