We are searching for friendly, enthusiastic individuals who are highly motivated and will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment. Your Role with Us: • Offer exceptional hospitality to each guest that walks through our doors. Greet guests in a timely and professional manner and take their orders while consistently using suggestive selling techniques. • Act as a Brand Ambassador, engaging the guest about our concepts & grilling techniques, and inviting them back again for Special Events and Catering experiences. • Consistently delivering a high level of customer service to each guest and maintain a safe environment. • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that food orders are accurate. • Delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables rapidly and accurately; all Servers are food runners for their own table. • Serve food and beverage orders within established time frames once the entire order is complete. • Complete all side work necessary at the end of every shift. • Work with the entire team in the front of the house and the kitchen to ensure the guest has the best possible experience. We Are Looking for Candidates: • With Server experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant environment preferred, but not required. In depth training provided. • Who are professional, personable, organized with a sense of humor and a strong passion for hospitality. • Who are experienced in service, exhibit salesmanship, enjoy a fast-paced team environment, and thrive on creating exceptional guest experiences. • Who are fluent in English. • With open flexibility to work various shifts.
