Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shift Manager with fast-food or quick-service restaurant experience to lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts. The Shift Manager plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring strong execution of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards. This position reports to the General Manager and supports the development and performance of crew members.
