We operate ten U.S. locations and maintain offices in Thailand, China, and Japan, connecting domestic operations with global markets.</p><p><br></p><p>Position: Shipping & Receiving Specialist</p><p>Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM</p><p>Pay: $45K–$70K annual salary (DOE)</p><p>Location: Chicago, Illinois; Houston, Texas; Cleveland, Ohio</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities and Duties</p><ul><li>Enter weights, descriptions, and photos of inbound material into the company database.</li><li>Inspect deliveries for damage and accuracy against invoices.</li><li>Generate and send settlements to suppliers.</li><li>Communicate with suppliers regarding inbound shipments.</li><li>Communicate with accounting regarding supplier payments.</li><li>Communicate with drivers, workers, and internal teams (customer service, logistics).</li><li>Prepare orders for shipment and create shipping documents (labels, loading sheets, and loading instructions).</li><li>Prepare paperwork (packing lists, invoices), track shipments, and manage compliance records.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records, update logs, and manage warehouse organization.</li><li>Organize and accurately file paperwork in a timely manner.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Prior work experience preferred.</li><li>Proficient in data entry with minimal errors; highly detail-oriented.</li><li>Ability to work under high time pressure while maintaining quality with minimal supervision.</li><li>Well-organized, proactive, and with a strong sense of responsibility.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Must be willing to undergo a drug test and background check</li></ul><p>Benefits</p><ul><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance covered 100% for employees.</li><li>Knowledge sharing and continuous training opportunities.</li><li>Paid time off:</li></ul><p>1 week after 1 year of employment</p><p>2 weeks after 2 years</p><p>3 weeks after 3 years</p><ul><li>Retirement benefits (401(k)).</li><li>Free Friday lunch every week.</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
