We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor to elevate our content across Instagram Reels and TikTok. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes short-form content, understands how to capture attention within seconds, and can produce scroll-stopping videos that keep viewers engaged from start to finish.
You will edit dynamic, engaging content for both personal brand and business accounts while contributing to overall brand identity and growth.
Requirements:
• Advanced video editing proficiency (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar)
• Deep understanding of Instagram Reels & TikTok trends and algorithms
• Ability to create content that hooks viewers immediately
• Strong creative independence and idea generation
• Up-to-date knowledge of viral transitions and editing styles
• Strong sound design aesthetic (music, timing, audio effects)
• Experience contributing to brand development through visual content
• Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
Technical Requirements:
• Proficiency in mobile or desktop editing software (CapCut proficiency is highly valued)
• Knowledge of mobile-first video optimization
• Experience with color correction and grading
• Basic motion graphics and animation skills
• Familiarity with aspect ratios and platform specifications
• Access to reliable equipment and high-speed internet
$600 - $685 a month
