Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Skilled Laborer to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of hands-on tasks that support construction, maintenance, and repair projects. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. Duties

  • Assist with the preparation, assembly, and installation of construction materials and equipment
  • Operate basic tools and machinery safely and effectively under supervision
  • Follow detailed instructions to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Support team members in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work site
  • Perform routine inspections and quality checks on materials and completed work
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting supplies and equipment as needed
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately
  • Comes fully equipped with personal tools.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in skilled labor or related field preferred but not required; on-the-job training available for motivated candidates
  • Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely
  • Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
  • Basic understanding of safety procedures in construction or maintenance environments
  • Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills
