Key ResponsibilitiesCreative & Design Development

  • Study design briefs and determine creative requirements.
  • Conceptualize and develop visual ideas aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Prepare rough drafts, layouts, and mockups for presentation and approval.
  • Design and develop illustrations, logos, signage, artworks, pop-ups, POSM, and other marketing materials using design software.
  • Amend and refine designs based on feedback.

Retail & Campaign Support

  • Build new and enhance existing design concepts to support retail in-store marketing.
  • Support in-store marketing campaigns, launches, retail activations, and programs.
  • Create and develop campaign key visuals and adapt them across digital and offline platforms, including social media, in-store POSM, retail collaterals, digital screens, and wholesale platforms.
  • Adapt publisher-provided assets for new game releases into multiple formats while maintaining strict brand consistency.

Production & Quality Control

  • Oversee end-to-end design production workflow — from creative ideation and layout development to final artwork release.
  • Ensure all artwork is technically accurate, print-ready, and optimized for digital platforms.
  • Coordinate Arabic translations with the marketing team and prepare both English and Arabic versions of artworks.
  • Review and check artworks created by junior designers to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Collaborate closely with Retail, Distribution, Marketing, and other related departments to understand brand needs and secure approvals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Continuously optimize, streamline, and evolve design processes and brand visuals.

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in branding and graphic design, preferably with a strong focus on retail.
  • Gaming industry knowledge is preferred.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing illustrations and retail marketing designs.
  • Proficient in design software and technologies such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.
  • Strong understanding of visual design principles and execution.
  • Keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
