As a Sr. Manager, Business Strategy & Planning, Global Facilities supporting the Global Facilities Team in Fort Worth, TX, a typical day will include: • Portfolio Strategy Development: • Lead the creation and maintenance of strategic plans for global sites, ensuring alignment with business needs and long-term objectives. • Analyze portfolio performance and identify opportunities for optimization, consolidation, or expansion. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Provide guidance and support to project teams. Exhibit strong leadership and team management skills. • Partner with Global Project Management team to ensure strategic alignment in site selection and project execution. • Work closely with the Global Services team to ensure operational efficiency and service delivery supports portfolio goals. • Collaborate with Finance and Technical Accounting to support financial modeling, forecasting, and budget planning. • Executive Communication & Reporting: • Prepare executive summaries and strategic presentations for senior leadership. • Support the Sr. Director in presenting portfolio strategies, business cases, and budget proposals to executive stakeholders. • Financial Planning & Analysis: • Assist in the development of OPEX and CAPEX budgets related to the global facilities portfolio. • Monitor and report on budget performance, identifying forecasts, risks, and opportunities. • Partner with Global Real Estate Broker for Mark-to-Market and Portfolio/Location Quality Index updates. • Data-Driven Decision Making: • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions, including space utilization, lease management, and arenaflex efficiency. • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business cases. • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators.
