Sr Packaging Designer, Soft Home (Bedding, Bath, Pet)

Schedule: Monday - Thursday onsite, Friday WFH


We are looking for a Sr Packaging/Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles, with a focus on packaging design for products such as comforters, sheet sets, blankets, quilts, window coverings, curtains, rugs, towels, and pet accessories. The candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional packaging that enhances the customer experience and aligns with our brand identity.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative packaging designs for a range of home goods products, ensuring they are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
  • Ability to produce package dyelines, digital and print mockups and 3D renderings
  • Effectively communicate product statements and features through package
  • Develop and maintain packaging technical specifications to ensure their compliance
  • Produce factory ready, final print files for production
  • Design graphics for various marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media posts, and website content.
  • Maintain consistency in visual branding across all platforms and products.
  • Create and edit digital assets such as logos, icons, and illustrations.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.



Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience with a background in packaging design
  • Experience designing packing in the soft home goods industry is required.
  • Expert understanding of all aspects of packaging components, including packaging structure, dyeline creation, preparing files for printer/vendor
  • Experience designing packaging for the off price market
  • Expert use of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with 3D programs is a plus
  • Portfolio of design work showcasing ability to conceptualize, design and execute current packaging
  • Strong design, verbal, organizational, and time management skills with ability to prioritize and meet multiple project deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Embraces change, challenges and makes recommendations for improvements to products and processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment

Salary: The anticipated base salary is $90k - $110k annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, internal equity, and location.
