Stadium Operations Lead

<p><strong>Role Summary:</strong></p><p>The Stadium Operations Lead supports the planning and execution of stadium and game day operations across the season. Working closely with the Game Day Manager, this role will receive strong support during the initial phase as systems and standards are established. Over time, the position is expected to take increasing ownership of on-site operational coordination and event readiness. </p><p><br></p><p>The scope of responsibilities may evolve over time in alignment with operational needs.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><em>Operational Planning & Readiness: </em>Support pre-season and event-week preparation to ensure the venue and event infrastructure are organized, aligned, and ready for execution.</p><p><br></p><p><em>Event Execution Leadership: </em>Assist in leading stadium setup, live event operations, and post-event breakdown to ensure a safe and seamless match experience.</p><p><br></p><p><em>Infrastructure & Issue Ownership: </em>Maintain oversight of stadium-related operational needs during event periods and coordinate with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.</p><p><br></p><p><em>Vendor & Cross-Functional Coordination: </em>Collaborate with internal teams, venue representatives, and service providers to maintain alignment and operational flow.</p><p><br></p><p><em>Workforce & Logistics Support: </em>Support staffing coordination, equipment readiness, and general event logistics as required.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><ul><li>Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and matchdays.</li><li>Regular outdoor work in varying weather conditions.</li><li>Prolonged standing and physical demands; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Must have a valid drivers license</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Application Process </strong></p><p><strong>Interested candidates are invited to submit a resume and cover letter outlining their experience and interest in professional women’s soccer to </strong>info@tidesfc.ca with subject line <span>Stadium Operations Lead</span>, we thank all applicants for their interest; only those selected for an interview will be contacted.</p>
