Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 Per Year With Bonus Potential Opportunities Job Description We're seeking a dynamic Staffing Agency Manager to lead our frontline staffing and recruiting team in Wichita, Kansas. This hands-on leadership role focuses on optimizing daily staffing operations, mentoring and coaching recruiting specialists, ensuring exceptional customer service for clients and associates, fostering a positive high-performance culture, and driving measurable results through precise compliance, workforce allocation, and proactive problem-solving that addresses root causes. Responsibilities Lead and optimize daily staffing operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence in our staffing agency. Mentor, coach, and build a high-performing team of recruiting specialists that thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment. Strengthen client relationships and develop strategies that expand our staffing agency business and recruiting reach. Catch and resolve dropped balls quickly, maintaining accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail in staffing processes. Ensure a top-tier experience for both clients and associates by solving challenges early and effectively in recruiting and staffing. Manage compliance, budgets, and workforce allocation with precision and follow-through in our staffing agency. Supervise and mentor team members, ensuring effective task delegation and performance monitoring. Conduct training for new team members on staffing policies, procedures, and best practices. Handle client escalations, communications, and urgent staffing requests. Promote a positive, high-performance culture while screening, interviewing candidates, and matching them to job orders. Maintain accurate records, interpret drug screen results, and ensure compliance with client standards in recruiting. Partner with the CEO to make key decisions and drive long-term growth in staffing and recruiting. Experience Minimum of three years of experience in a leadership role within an office, staffing, or recruiting setting. Proven track record of effective team management, performance improvement, and staffing/recruiting results. Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset focused on root causes in staffing operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions in a staffing agency. Experience in candidate screening, interviewing, compliance management, and recruiting processes. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under pressure in fast-paced staffing environments. Commitment to exceptional customer service, professional integrity, and positivity in recruiting leadership. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
