We are partnering with a leading international business in the Food Specialties and Nutrition sector to appoint an accomplished Supply Chain Director to lead their regional operations from Singapore.

Job Details

This position oversees the end-to-end supply chain function — from procurement and production planning to logistics and distribution — ensuring seamless product availability across the region. The successful candidate will shape a lean, agile, and sustainable operation that supports the company’s growth and customer service objectives in Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, fostering collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee manufacturing and logistics operations, ensuring best-in-class service levels, cost efficiency, and compliance with regional regulations.
  • Partner closely with commercial, quality, and R&D teams to align operational capabilities with evolving customer and market needs.
  • Serve as a key member of the APAC leadership team, contributing to strategic decisions and long-term operational roadmaps.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
  • Proven experience leading supply chain, or operations teams within Food Specialties, Nutrition, Food Manufacturing, Food Processing, Food Ingredients, Flavors, or Specialty Chemicals sectors.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage teams and deliver results in a complex, fast-moving environment.
  • Hands-on exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred) and experience driving continuous improvement or lean initiatives.
  • Regional experience across Asia Pacific is desirable.
