Supply Management Internship - Dubai

<p>We are thrilled to share this fantastic opportunity for two high-calibre local graduates (who have graduated or will be graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master's degree between February 2025 and August 2026) to join our Supply Management team on a 12-month internship. From day one, our interns are fully integrated into Team Hilton and are involved in different aspects of the business. Our internships offer vast exposure and opportunities, such as the opportunity to network with senior executives, and for some, international travel, and involvement in regional conferences.  <br> <br>Based in our Dubai Area Office, you will also benefit from an open space office, located in Internet City, close to the Dubai Marina and The Palm Jumeirah and other interesting locations in Dubai. We have approximately 214 team members based in the Dubai office, we are a social and fun bunch of people driving the business for the MEA region from here. <br><br><strong><u>The Opportunities </u></strong><br>We have two internship opportunities in the Hilton Supply Management team: one in Procurement and one in Customer Engagement. These internships will include customer support, data management, system training and system delivery to our customers, procurement program management and cross-functional activities / meeting and events.  You will be asked to express your preference on role at a later stage in the application process. </p><p><br>Find out a bit more about each opportunity below:<br><br><strong>Procurement Internship </strong><br>•    Work with multiple data streams to evaluate supplier information and performance.  <br>•    Support management of e-Procurement systems. <br>•    Assist with onboarding new suppliers, including but not limited to, eProcurement systems, supplier orientation and meetings. <br>•    Support maintenance of property and supplier lists for internal and external applications. <br>•    Support tender activities, including but not limited to, building tender activities, maintaining the tender process and analysis of results. <br>•    Support tracking and reporting on Responsible Sourcing initiatives. <br><br><strong>Customer Engagement Internship </strong><br>•    Support HSM communication processes. <br>•    Assist in creating monthly and quarterly business reviews for HSM key customers. <br>•    Assist with onboarding new HSM customers. <br>•    Research enquiries on product availability, pricing, specifications, product usage and recommendations as requested.<br>•    Conduct benchmarking activities.<br>•    Assist in monitoring key customer performance metrics and opportunities for improvement.<br>•    Help track progress against account-specific goals and initiatives, documenting updates and preparing summary reports for customer-facing discussions.<br>•    Analyse customer usage data to identify underutilised products or categories and recommend opportunities for increased engagement.</p><p><strong>Both roles will involve Data Management and also some Administrative & Support activities: </strong><br><u>Data Management </u><br>•    Gather appropriate data or information from all relevant sources. <br>•    Ensure all enquiries within specific areas of responsibility are responded to promptly with satisfactory resolution. <br>•    Maintain departmental systems for filing and procedural documentation including contracts management across all client bases. <br>•    Work with multiple data streams to evaluate procurement data. <br><br><u>Administrative & Support Activities </u><br>•    Develop and maintain constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. <br>•    Communicate with team members providing relevant business information. <br>•    Collaborate and provide project and general admin support to the HSM team. <br>•    Produce ad-hoc presentations. <br>•    Ensure hotel, supplier and cross functional department enquiries are directed to the right location within HSM. <br>•    Attend departmental meetings pertinent to work assignments. <br>•    Assist with scheduling of meetings, bookings and conference calls including preparation of associated support materials.</p><p><strong><u>Why choose us?</u></strong><br>Embarking on our year in industry programme is a transformative journey, encompassing a structured framework of learning and development activities.
