TigerFish is Block Island's premier Asian Fusion restaurant. We are looking for a passionate and creative sushi chef to join our team for the 2026 season.

We’re a tight-knit team serving locals and visitors alike. Our menu features sushi, classic Asian-inspired dishes, and seasonal specials. Quality, consistency, and good vibes are what we’re all about.

Applicants must be willing to relocate to Block Island for May 8 through the end of October.


Requirements for applicants:

•Experience as a sushi chef (2+ years)

•Expertise in sushi preparation, knife skills, and cleanliness standards

•Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first mindset


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

•Prepare sushi and sashimi with precision

•Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety

•Collaborate with the culinary team on menu development and seasonal specials

•Ensure proper storage and handling of all raw ingredients
