Key Responsibilities Your primary responsibilities in the role will include the following: • Workflow Automation & Systems Integration: • Design and implement end-to-end automations across Go High Level, Notion, and Motion. • Configure Twilio-powered SMS workflows for daily communications and reminders. • Build dashboards and smart scheduling tools in Motion to optimize task prioritization. • Maintain and document all automation processes. • SOPs & Process Documentation: • Map current workflows and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), checklists, and templates in Notion. • Establish version controls for efficient retrieval and training. • Use feedback to continually improve processes. • Task, Project, and Calendar Management: • Plan and auto-schedule tasks using Motion while managing related follow-arenaflex. • Coordinate calendars, handling personal appointments and meetings. • Take structured notes during calls to derive actionable tasks. • Communication & Executive Support: • Maintain communication primarily via SMS with both the principal and other team members. • Provide daily updates, surface potential issues, and help to close communication loops. • Paid Social Support (if applicable): • Assist in setting up and managing Facebook/Meta advertising campaigns (only if experienced). • Help in tracking and reporting on related metrics. Required Skills and Expertise A successful candidate for this position will demonstrate proficiency in: • Strong hands-on experience with Go High Level, Notion, and Motion. • Expertise in configuring Twilio-based SMS workflows, preferably through Go High Level. • Proven track record in creating effective SOPs and documenting processes. • An organized and self-sufficient work ethic, with commitment to follow-through and integrity.
