Talent Acquisition Expert Network Project Manager Consultant (Remote) – 0034030

Talent Acquisition Expert Network Project Manager Consultant (Remote) - 0034030 United States Description We are seeking a strategic Project Manager of Process Integration to join our Talent Acquisition Expert Network. You will be responsible for supporting the team merging a brand-new hiring model into our existing high volume hiring machine. Your mission is to manage the phased integration of two major business processes across an ongoing timeline. You will use a persona-based approach to ensure that as our systems evolve, the handoffs between teams (Recruiting, Operations, Marketing, Compensation, Business Unit and Tech) remain seamless, intuitive, and culturally aligned. This is a fully remote, W2 contract role. Top 3 Critical Success Factors • Real-Time Operational and Systems Integration: Continuously integrating new processes across a complex, overlapping timeline directly into live, year-round operations, eliminating reliance on traditional dormant planning periods or single launch events. • Persona-Centric Design: Mapping and designing workflows to be tailored to different candidate personas, balancing human experience with technical requirements and business scalability. • Seamless Handoff Design: Facilitate cross-functional discovery to preemptively map complex dependencies and establish crystal-clear handoff agreements that eliminate friction between partner teams. Key Responsibilities • Persona-Based Mapping: Develop and maintain visual process maps (using Miro or similar tools) that clearly define the journey for every stakeholder involved in the hiring funnel. • Integration Scheduling: Build and manage dynamic project schedules in Smartsheet that reflect an evolving integration timeline rather than a static project plan. • Handoff Optimization: Identify friction points where work moves between teams. Facilitate the questions needed to bridge gaps between disjointed departments. • Change Management & Communication: Act as the primary connective tissue during the transition. Document new workflows and lead the communication strategy to ensure high adoption across the ecosystem. • Cultural Stewardship: Ensure that process changes reflect our internal culture, prioritizing clarity, empathy, and efficiency over rigid bureaucracy. Qualifications What You Bring (Qualifications) • Minimum of 5 years of progressive project or program management experience, specifically within the Financial Technology or a high volume Talent Acquisition/Hiring environment. • You don't just take orders; you ask deep, investigative questions to understand the why behind a process before mapping the how. • Expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet for schedule visibility and LucidChart/Miro for process visualization. • Proven experience moving teams through phased transitions where there is no clean break between the old way and the new way. • The ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners without direct authority. • Experience working within large-scale organizations where cross-functional handoffs are frequent, changes are constant with high-stakes.
