The opportunity

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll support early‑career recruitment and employer‑branding initiatives across our UK business. This is an exciting chance to build hands‑on TA experience within a fast‑paced, beauty‑driven environment and deliver exceptional experiences.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assisting with the sourcing and screening of candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Supporting the coordination and administration of the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and updating candidate pipelines.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure timely communication and a smooth candidate experience.
  • Helping prepare onboarding materials and assisting with induction sessions to ensure a seamless new starter experience.
  • Playing a key role in enhancing our candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects Sephora’s values and culture.
  • Supporting employer branding efforts, including content creation, careers‑site updates, social‑media storytelling, and campus/early careers initiatives.
  • Conducting research on market trends, competitor best practices, and emerging TA tools to support continuous improvement.

Your strong communication skills, curiosity, and willingness to learn enable you to collaborate effectively with teams across the business.

What will help you succeed

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A proactive approach with an eagerness to learn and contribute ideas.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Any previous experience in HR, recruitment, customer service, or a fast‑paced work environment would be beneficial.

What you need to know

  • The internship is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC), with an anticipated start date of July 2026.
  • You will need to hold valid right‑to‑work status for the UK for the duration of the internship.
  • This role is based at SEPHORA HQ in Russell Square, London, and follows our Hybrid working policy of 3 days onsite per week
