Macro Research department is looking for the team assistant to support FX, Rates and EM Strategy team within Economics Research group. The MD's will travel frequently, so this role will need someone who is used to booking multi leg travel with experience of working within a research team is preferableCore Responsibilities:• Provide full administrative support for Managing Directors and a team of economists and strategists • Manage heavy scheduling, internal and external conferences, webcasts and other events • Handle a high volume of phone calls and emails Keep a track and record client engagement activities of the team members • Relay information and perform tasks in a timely manner • Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements • Process travel & entertainment expense reports in accordance with firm guidelines • Handle onboarding logistics for new hires and transfers • Assist in coordinating internal visitors' logistics • Take on ad-hoc projects while maintaining daily workflow and general administrative supportBasic Qualifications• Minimum of 4 years or experience as an administrative assistant supporting a senior level executive and/ or large team • Experience at financial services firm is preferable • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize• High attention to detail • Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks with the flexibility to change focus quickly as demands change /multitaskSkills: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to display a consistent, professional degree of communication • Comfortable working with people at all organizational levels Team player with a positive attitude • Demonstrates dependability and a
