Supports and executes the area of technical and installation services provided by Andersen to ensure proper product support to our dealers, trade, customers and internal Support teams. Support and services include: - Product selection & specification - Pre-installation consultations - Onsite and Andersen facility installation & technical consultations/training Responsible for creating a world class experience leading to increased sales and customer loyalty.Duties:
  • Implements local support strategies that align with Sales, Marketing, & Service to influence sales growth through value added program offerings in support of enterprise strategic initiatives (ex: Pre Install meeting & Post install walk through)
  • Large presence on social media, being a face of Andersen & the brand. Responsible for content creation.
  • Comfortable being on camera.
  • Attending Trade Shows (some involve travel). 10-25% travel required per year.
  • responsible for creating content around installation and common application and installation to windows.
  • Provides critical technical expertise and consultations through delivery of local and online training, inspections, evaluations of products and installation practices to mitigate potential future involvement in non-warranty-related issues.
  • Creates a collaborative cross functional framework and strategies to deliver an exceptional customer experience representing the Andersen Brand by diagnosing and assessing the customer’s needs to determine solutions for pre-sale product selection.
  • Provides input and communicates product quality observations and installation practices to appropriate Business Unit leadership and RD&I to mitigate future product issues, improve performance, develop new product and/or product improvement.
  • Responsible for revenue generation and profitability through promotion and expansion of technical and installation services program
  • Travel outside of your main market may be required to fulfill the responsibilities and purpose of the position

Minimum Qualification, Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred and/or 5+ years of experience with doors and windows. Ability to learn and communicate technical information. Experience/knowledge of construction and doors
  • Presentations Skills: Expressing ideas effectively in individual and group situations; adjusting language or terminology to the characteristics and needs of the audience

Salary Information:

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $88,235-$136,765 plus incentives.
