You handle the "behind-the-scenes" magic—managing slides, interactive games, and music—to keep the children engaged and the energy high.</li><li>Manage the gamification of the classroom! You’ll record attendance and track the points children earn, ensuring their hard work is always recognized.</li><li>Use your keen observational skills to monitor the behavior of both Coaches and children. You are responsible for identifying and reporting "red flags" and logging any verbal or chat-related incidents.</li><li>Lead the administrative flow by creating rosters, managing session rescheduling, and documenting "skip sessions."</li><li>Take detailed notes on significant classroom discussions and events, providing the business with the data needed to grow and improve.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Need<br><br></strong>Non-negotiables<br><br><ul><li>We warmly welcome Fresh Graduates and Career Shifters. (Work with a younger audience is highly preferred)</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written English skills.
