<p><b><u>Job Family</u>:</b></p>Application Development Consulting<p><br /><b><u>Travel Required</u>:</b></p>Up to 10%<p><br /><b><u>Clearance Required</u>:</b></p>Ability to Obtain Public Trust<p></p><p></p><p><b><u>What You Will Do</u>:</b></p><ul><li>Drive Growth and Execute the Pipeline<ul><li>Own the technology sales and revenue target across assigned account.</li><li>Shape and convert a robust technology opportunity pipeline in alignment with client transformation goals.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Account Leads and industry teams to define technology-specific growth strategies.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Build Deep Client Relationships<ul><li>Serve as the senior technology point of contact for client CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and their teams across the Federal Civilian portfolio.</li><li>Expand Guidehouse’s brand visibility and credibility with key technology decision-makers and influencers.</li><li>Identify emerging client challenges and proactively position Guidehouse solutions.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Lead Technology Go-to-Market Efforts<ul><li>Represent the full suite of Guidehouse Technology capabilities, including AI & Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Platforms and Technology Strategy.</li><li>Architect forward-thinking solutions in partnership with delivery and solution engineering teams.</li><li>Align Guidehouse’s technology offerings to sector-specific needs.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Ecosystem Partnership and Co-Selling<ul><li>Engage with technology partners (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Google, ServiceNow, Salesforce) to co-develop solutions and sell to clients.</li><li>Leverage partner programs and go-to-market activity to enhance client offerings and accelerate sales.</li><li>Serve as the industry point-of-contact and relationship manager with technology solution sales teams for target accounts.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Ensure Delivery Excellence<ul><li>Provide technology oversight across engagements to ensure delivery quality, innovation, and client satisfaction</li><li>Serve as an executive sponsor on critical technology programs.</li><li>Capture client feedback to inform continuous improvement and long-term account strategy</li><li>Secure positive customer satisfaction for future past performance references.</li></ul></li></ul><p><br /><b><u>What You Will Need</u>:</b></p><ul><li>TEN (10) + years of hands-on experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise IT services for Federal Civilian clients (e.g, USDA, GSA, Commerce, DOL).</li><li>Bachelors Degree.</li><li>Proven track record of technology account growth and client relationship development, especially within OCIO or mission areas.</li><li>Deep understanding of enterprise IT domains (cloud, data, digital platforms, cybersecurity).</li><li>Strong communication and executive presence with a consultative mindset.</li><li>Must be US citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance.</li></ul><p><br /><b><u>What Would Be Nice to Have</u>:</b></p><ul><li>Currently supporting USDA account.</li><li>Hands-on experience leading cloud modernization, application development, or enterprise architecture projects.</li><li>Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and guide delivery teams.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies in federal environments.</li><li>Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), especially FedRAMP-authorized environments.</li><li>Experience with cloud migration, hybrid architectures, and cost optimization strategies.</li><li>Background in modern software development practices (microservices, APIs, containerization).</li><li>Familiarity/experience with platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, or low-code/no-code tools used in federal agencies.</li><li>Understanding of data governance, analytics platforms, and AI/ML integration in federal use cases.</li><li>Experience with USDA data domains (e.g., agriculture, food safety, rural development) is a plus.</li></ul><p></p><p></p>The annual salary range for this position is $206,000.00-$343,000.00.
