What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience operating reach trucks in a high-volume warehouse (this role is for experienced operators only).

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.

  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and teamwork.

  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and bend/twist/squat as needed.

  • Flexibility to travel frequently and deploy to projects on short notice (minimum 6-week assignments).

What You’ll Do

  • Operate a reach truck to put away inbound product, replenish slots, and retrieve outbound pallets in dry, cooler, and freezer environments.

  • Use RF scanners and onboard WMS monitors to track and move product accurately.

  • Correct location errors when observed and maintain minimum productivity standards.

  • Perform daily equipment inspections and follow FHI’s safety values.

  • Adapt to project needs across multiple customers and warehouse environments
