UK & IRELAND GENERAL MANAGER (M/W)



As we continue to expand our presence in the UK and Ireland, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager to lead our regional operations, drive commercial performance, and strengthen our market position.



Main activities :

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the regional business strategy in alignment with global objectives. Commercial Management: Drive sales growth, profitability, and market share across product portfolios and business units. Market Development: Optimize market potential and penetration through new product and services launches, on-going engagement with health authorities and payers, cooperation with patient associations, KOL management, competition monitoring and industry networking. Finance: Oversee financial performance, forecasting, and cost management for the UK and Ireland businesses. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the team. Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure operations adhere to company policies, local regulations, and ethical standards governing the MedTech sector. Subsidiary Management: Ensure the subsidiary’s efficient operation and strategic alignment with company’s goals.



Your assets:

Proven track record in commercial leadership within the medical devices, MedTech, or healthcare sector. Demonstrated success in developing and executing business strategies in a competitive healthcare environment. Strong understanding of NHS, and the broader healthcare reimbursement and procurement systems. Good knowledge of the features of a CRM (Salesforce). Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and data-driven decision-making skills. Inspirational leadership style with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
