About the team: The People Technology team drives the deployment and adoption of innovative people-focused technology across the enterprise, impacting millions globally. As part of arenaflex Global Tech’s Enterprise Business Services, the team delivers robust solutions for Finance, People, and Associate Digital Experience. The People.AI team specializes in developing AI and machine learning applications, including intelligent conversational interfaces that enhance associate productivity and engagement. This role involves building advanced AI-powered tools to improve communication, automate tasks, and provide personalized support, contributing to a more efficient and effective work environment aligned with arenaflex’s strategic goals. What youll do: Lead the development and deployment of advanced data science models to address complex business challenges and drive strategic initiatives. Oversee data strategy formulation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing data asset value. Guide the team in selecting appropriate analytical methods, feature engineering, and model validation techniques to ensure robust solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into actionable data-driven insights and technology solutions. Mentor and develop data science talent, fostering continuous learning and innovation within the team. Communicate findings effectively to influence decision-making and support operational improvements.
