Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Airline HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Airport Jobs. This role is ideal for a dynamic and motivated HR professional who is passionate about talent acquisition, employee engagement, and human resources management within a virtual airline environment. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment processes, manage HR policies, and ensure a seamless employee experience for our remote workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the virtual airline.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in creating and enforcing company HR policies to ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards.
  • Foster a positive work culture by organizing virtual team-building activities and employee engagement programs.

  • Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and employees.
  • Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive HR matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience in virtual workforce management is a plus.

Experience

Working Hours
