Position Overview


As a  Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will help address a wide range of customer needs by finding effective solutions to inquiries and concerns.

Your Main Responsibilities


- Respond to customer requests by providing accurate and clear information
- Offer outstanding support through active listening and empathy
- Treat confidential information carefully
- Work to resolve issues quickly, focusing on first-contact resolution
- Communicate courteously and professionally with every customer
- Stay calm and de-escalate stressful interactions
- Escalate cases as needed, following procedures
- Maintain detailed call records for quality and reporting
- Share insights on recurring call topics
- Upsell additional services if relevant

What We’re Looking For


- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least six months of customer service experience
- Minimum age of 18
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable using Windows-based computer systems
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- College degree is helpful but not required
