This part-time, hands-on role is ideal for a detail-oriented eCommerce professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. You will manage and optimize Walmart Marketplace accounts, ensuring catalog accuracy, account health, and fulfillment efficiency across multiple brands. The position requires independent problem-solving and a proactive approach to listing issues, case resolution, and Buy Box protection. You will have the opportunity to directly impact online sales growth, support new product launches, and contribute to strategic retail initiatives. Strong knowledge of Walmart Seller Center and retail media campaigns will allow you to drive measurable results. This role is contract-based, flexible, and focused on delivering high-quality, scalable eCommerce operations.

Responsibilities

  • Managing catalog setup, maintenance, and content, including variations and attributes.
  • Monitoring account health and resolving listing issues such as suppressions, content errors, or mismatched items.
  • Filing and escalating Walmart support cases to resolution in a timely manner.
  • Protecting Buy Box ownership and addressing unauthorized sellers or listing hijacks.
  • Overseeing fulfillment operations, including WFS and Seller Fulfilled orders.
  • Tracking in-stock rates, shipping performance, lead times, and chargebacks.
  • Supporting launches, promotions, and assortment expansions while collaborating cross-functionally.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Walmart Seller Center experience.
  • Proven ability in catalog management, case filing, and Buy Box protection.
  • Experience managing WFS and/or Seller Fulfilled operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize across multiple brands.
  • Self-motivated, independent work style suited for a part-time, contract role.

Nice-to-haves

  • experience with Walmart Connect/retail media, campaign optimization, or consumer health/regulated product categories.
