A day in the life:

As the Warehouse Operations Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our team, ensuring every task is completed on time and with top-notch safety! You'll be the mastermind behind verifying and maintaining records for all shipments, making sure our inventory is spot-on by sticking to our policies. With your stellar organizational skills, you'll prioritize like a pro and crush those deadlines. Let's keep things running smoothly and efficiently, Monster-style!

The impact you'll make:

  • Inspect incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
  • Examine outgoing shipments to ensure both are correct and meet specifications.
  • Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
  • Assign and perform daily cycle counts to guarantee an accurate and consistent inventory
  • Support team when required
  • - assemble hoses to meet customer/stocking needs.
  • Project a positive company image by interacting with fellow employees, customers, and management in a cooperative, supportive, and courteous manner. Display a professional attitude while complying with company policies and procedures.
  • Supervisor warehouse staff and monitor performance on assigned daily tasks
  • Maintain office functions including filing, billing, match receiving paperwork.

Who you are:

Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of
  • - Business, General Management or related field of study
  • Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in shipping and receiving
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in general warehouse operations
  • Computer Skills Desired: Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, and warehouse management system (WMS)
  • Preferred Certifications: N/A
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Knowledge of safe warehouse practices and systems

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation.
This position has an annual estimated salary of $22.00 - $29.00 per hour. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
