You’ll operate daily on a forklift and use other plant machinery and equipment as needed. Join our team to become part of a member-owned co-op that is Rooted In Tomorrow.This role is part of our WinField United business who supplies agricultural inputs, expertise, and technology to our member-owners and other partners.Key Responsibilities:Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others<br>Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly<br>Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink-wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery<br>Able to multi-task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment<br>Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed<br>Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area<br>Successful forklift certification required<br>​Required Experience and Skills:Must be 18 years or older<br>1+ years of work experience in a warehouse environment<br>Basic computer and math skills<br>Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions<br>Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot<br>Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful<br>​Preferred Experience:2+ years of warehousing work experience<br>Forklift experience<br>Possesses valid CDL-A licensure including:HAZ-MAT licensure (or ability to attain)<br>1+ years of commercial driving experience<br>Ability to follow all driving and safety policies<br>Complies with FMCSA and DOT regulations of drivers<br>If candidate has this preferred experience, $1.50 per hour would be added to wage rate above.<br><br>Physical Requirements:Able to lift/carry up to 60 pounds<br>Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements<br>Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment<br>Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present<br>Required to work scheduled shift which may include weekends, some holidays, and periodic overtime<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Grade:</b></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Prod
