We are hiring immediately for Warehouse Palletizers in Arlington, TX. This position involves heavy manual labor, pallet building, and using RF scanners in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay & Benefits

Job Duties

  • Lift, move, and stack heavy products onto pallets throughout the shift

  • Build and organize pallets according to order and shipment requirements

  • Use RF scanners to scan and track products and orders

  • Move products between pallets and warehouse staging areas

  • Re-stack and arrange products to ensure pallets are secure and properly loaded

  • Wrap completed pallets with shrink wrap for safe transport

  • Load and unload products from pallets and warehouse locations

  • Perform repetitive heavy lifting in a fast-paced warehouse environment

  • Verify product quantities and maintain accuracy while scanning orders

  • Identify and report damaged or incorrect items

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies

  • Assist with additional warehouse and palletizing duties as needed

Monday – Thursday
4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse or palletizing experience preferred

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

  • Ability to perform heavy manual labor and lift 50-75+ pounds repeatedly

  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for 10-hour shifts

  • Experience using RF scanners is required

  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

  • Able to work well in a team environment

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

  • Must pass a background check

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
