Staffing Logistics is looking for qualified Cycle Counter - Shipping and Recieving Clerk ASAP!

Third Shift 11pm to 7am

Work territory – Work dimension:
• Perform daily cyclical physical counts in the Warehouses and detect possible deviations or lack of
transfers by operational personnel and forklifts.
• Perform daily cyclical physical counts both in plant warehouses and in external warehouses.
• Perform audits in Production areas in order to detect materials that have not been transferred or
removed from the warehouse without authorization and with risk of duplication of inventory in SAP or
possible financial loss in SAP.
• Perform random audits of physical identification of rolls and weights per pallet as well as generate the
relevant claim process
• Generate the respective Productivity and Deviations reports.

Main responsibilities and keys to results by area:

Perform physical inventories of finished product (pallets of yarn, rolls and tapes) and check against
SAP.
Report the anomalies detected immediately.
In case of missing materials, carry out the investigation and look for the material in other locations.
Support the Shipments and Receipt area in case of saturation of high demand.
Properly use PPE and tool according to established policy.

Professional qualification and knowledge

Professional Qualification - Minimum high school completed or of equal merit through experience.

Knowledge
1. Use the SAP system.
2. Inventory Control.
3. Forklift handling.
4. PC management (Word, Excel).

Experience - 1 year in similar position.
Availability - Full time, to roll shifts.
Languages - N/A
