Red Recruitment is recruiting Webchat Advisors to work in a customer service centre in Birkenhead. You will be working for one of the UKs highest quality outsourcers on a temporary basis. This role will be working on behalf of an international gifting platform where you will be responding to customer chat messages. This role does not require you to handle any telephone calls.

The hourly rate is £12.21 per hour and this is a full-time, office-based role Monday to Sunday 9am - 6pm (40 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities of a Webchat Advisor:

  • Responding to customer queries via online chat service
  • Ensuring all customer queries are responded to in a timely manner
  • Escalating any urgent customer queries to the relevant team
  • Ensuring all messages are friendly, informative and are written out correctly
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times and representing this fantastic brand with excellence
