Overview We are seeking a dynamic and creative YouTube Content Creator and Social Media Manager to join our digital marketing team. This role is ideal for an innovative individual passionate about content creation, social media strategy, and brand development. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging video content, managing multiple social media platforms, and driving brand awareness through effective digital marketing techniques. A strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and graphic design tools is essential to optimize content performance and audience engagement. Duties • Develop, produce, and publish high-quality video content tailored for YouTube channels that align with brand messaging and audience interests. • Manage and grow social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer. • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve content visibility and search rankings. • Monitor social listening channels to gauge audience sentiment, identify trends, and inform content strategy adjustments. • Design compelling graphics, thumbnails, and visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising to increase reach and engagement. • Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to track performance metrics and optimize marketing efforts. • Engage with followers through relationship management techniques to foster community growth and brand loyalty. • Coordinate with public relations teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels. • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing. • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, social media management best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce and video editing.
