I am launching a new YouTube channel focused on emotional healing, self-growth, and motivational voice-over content. The channel is designed to create calm, cinematic, and emotionally impactful videos.


I will provide:
Full narration voice overs

Scripts

Creative direction and brand style

I am looking for a long-term video editor and content partner to grow this channel together.

What I Need


You will be responsible for:
Editing 1 long YouTube video per day
(8–20 minutes, mostly voice-over + stock footage + music)

Creating 5 short-form reels per day
(TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)

Creating a thumbnail for each long YouTube video


Uploading and scheduling content on:
YouTube
TikTok
Instagram


Editing Style:
Calm
Cinematic
Emotional storytelling
Stock footage + background music + subtle text
Similar style to emotional / motivational healing channels

Payment Structure (Partnership Model)
This is a revenue-sharing collaboration.

For the first year, you will receive:50% of channel revenue


This includes:
YouTube monetization
Tiktok monetization


20% of:
Sponsorships
Brand deals

The goal is to grow the channel together as partners.

Long-Term Vision

I plan to scale this into:
Multiple social platforms
High posting consistency
Potential future team expansion
