YouTube Growth, Brand Partnerships and Ad Sales Expert - Remote

Job Title: YouTube Growth, Advertising Sales & Brand Partnerships Manager
Location: Remote (Worldwide)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-performance Advertising Sales & Brand Partnerships Manager to monetize and scale our YouTube presence through direct-to-brand sponsorships. With over 400,000 subscribers and a growth trajectory of 150k+ new subscribers per month, our platform offers massive reach.

This is a pure revenue-generating role. We are not looking for a generalist; we are looking for a veteran salesperson with an established book of business who can immediately bridge the gap between our high-traffic content and top-tier advertisers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leverage Existing Network: Tap into your established book of business to bring in immediate sponsorship opportunities from brands that actively spend on digital and influencer advertising.
- Direct Sales & Outreach: Proactively identify, pitch, and close high-value sponsorships with brands in the AI, tech, and premium lifestyle sectors.
- Package Inventory: Create and sell compelling advertising packages, including mid-roll integrations, series sponsorships, and long-term brand ambassadorships.
- Deal Structuring: Negotiate pricing (CPM/Flat Fee), deliverables, and contract terms to maximize the value of our creator inventory.
- Renewals & Retention: Turn one-off ad placements into recurring annual contracts through meticulous partner management and performance reporting.
- Market Positioning: Constantly refine our media kit to reflect our explosive growth and premium audience demographics.

What We’re Looking For:

- Established Book of Business: You must have a proven track record and current relationships with organizations, founders, and CMOs who have dedicated budgets for creator-led advertising.
- Proven Ad Sales Track Record: Extensive experience specifically in closing brand deals, not just managing campaigns or community engagement.
- The "Closer" Mentality: You are comfortable with high-volume cold outreach, handling objections, and asking for the sale.
- ROI Fluency: You understand how brands calculate CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and can sell the value of our audience accordingly.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to look at our content roadmap and immediately identify which organizations in your network are the best fit for upcoming series.

Explicitly Not This Role:

❌ Organic Channel Growth: We handle the views; you handle the revenue.
❌ Content Production: You won’t be editing videos or writing scripts.
❌ Passive Management: We are not looking for an "account manager" to wait for inbound emails.

Success in This Role Looks Like:

- A consistent, full pipeline of booked-out sponsorship slots 2–3 months in advance.
- Securing anchor sponsors within the first 60 days using your existing network.
- High retention rates where brands renew for multi-video bundles.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary
